Lazysite EDGE

The field-test instance for pre-release lazysite builds

This is the lazysite EDGE test site. It runs the newest pre-release build of the lazysite engine, usually within minutes of a cut, so that each release can be exercised against a real instance before it goes any further.

Everything here is disposable. Pages come and go as features are tested, and the content is chosen to prove a thing works rather than to be read.

What EDGE is for

Releases move along a channel ladder: edge, then beta, then stable. A build arrives here first, and this is where it gets used the way an operator or an AI agent would actually use it, over all four surfaces the platform offers.

• Layouts and themes are installed, activated and swapped here before anyone offers them for a real site.
• Content is published, protected, moved and deleted to check that each of those does what it says.
• Statistics, forms, permissions and the publishing endpoints are measured from outside, as a visitor or a partner agent sees them.

Findings from that testing become filings against the engine, which is the point of the exercise. A defect found here costs a comment. The same defect found on a live customer site costs considerably more.
